Parnell's Honey

Lindsay Parnell is a third-generation apiarist based in Tomerong, in the City of Shoalhaven. The Parnell family were pioneers in the area as farmers, timber cutters and apiarists. Lindsay Parnell and his family harvest a range of seasonal pure honey which has not been heat treated and is chemical free. Lindsay harvests his product from different regions of New South Wales and is often found on the road following the wonderful flowering gums particularly on the South Coast and inland New South Wales. Varieties include: Woolly Butt, Yellow Box, Iron Bark, Bloodwood, River Gum and Patterson’s Curse (Salvation Jane).
