Product Description

Lindsay Parnell is a third-generation apiarist based in Tomerong, in the City of Shoalhaven.

The Parnell family were pioneers in the area as farmers, timber cutters and apiarists.
Lindsay continues a number of the traditions of the family, he is a farmer, a competitive axeman and an apiarist.

The Parnell’s produce a pure natural honey and the varieties they harvest can be Patterson’s Curse, Coolibah, Spotted Gum, Iron Bark, Stringy Bark and Yellow Box. Lindsay sets his hives throughout country NSW and spends a lot of time travelling and tending to his bees.

Varieties are seasonal & may be replaced by another flavour
