Sourced Thai Green Curry

Skip takeout and create a Thai experience at home with the signature flavour of Thailand. Simply add chicken, beef, lamb, pork, vegetables or seafood to this medium heat curry sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x *Sourced Thai Green Curry Sauce
  • 1 x *Poachers Pantry chicken breast (sliced)
  • Rice of choice
  • Fresh coriander (chopped up to garnish)

Cooking

method


Step 1: Simmer entire packet of Thai Green sauce in a pan on medium heat 

Step 2: Throw in sliced chicken breast and cook until all infused. Meanwhile cook rice as per packet instructions based on volume desired 

Step 3: Serve curry on rice and garnish with fresh coriander
