Prawn Chilli Tomato Pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Pasta
  • 20 Prawns (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 jar Lynwood chilli tomato jam 200g
  • Fresh rocket and/or basil

Cooking

method

Step1: Cook the pasta with some oil and salt in the water.  While that’s cooking, place some oil in a pan and fry the prawns for a few minutes then add the chilli tomato sauce and combine.  Cook for a further 3 minutes or until the prawns are cooked. 

Step 2: Drain the pasta and add the sauce, combine well and then fold in the rocket and serve with basil on top.

Step 3: From start to finish this dish should take no longer than 10 minutes.  Great if you get back from work late and need a quick dinner!
