INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x packet of *Il Passagio Linguini
  • 1 x jar of *Pinegrove Basil and Macadamia Pesto
  • 1 x *Poachers Pantry Smoked Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • *Tilba Real Dairy Cream *Tilba Real Dairy Parmesan Desired fresh herbs to garnish

method


Step 1: Boil a pot of water and cook pasta to al dente (refer to packet for specific instructions) 

Step 2: Add entire jar of Pesto and thickened cream to taste to a pan over medium heat and stir through until simmering

Step 3: Add sliced chicken breast to the sauce and stir through

Step 4: Strain pasta, add to sauce 

Step 5: Toss through altogether, serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh herbs, parmesan and season to taste
