Goats or Blue Cheese and Onion Marmalade Tartlets
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g Shortcrust pastry
- 150 g Blue or goats cheese (or do half of each)
- 125 g Lynwood onion marmalade
Cooking
method

I like to use small bite size tart moulds as these make a great little canapé for a drinks party!

Once the pastry is defrosted, unroll it and cut out your rounds and place them in your tart moulds with some greaseproof paper and blind baking beads.

Depending on the size you will need to cook them for about 6-8 minutes at 180’ C until slightly browning. Remove from the oven and take out the beads and pop back in the oven for a further 4 minutes until golden.

Place a small amount of cheese in the mould and bake for a further 2 mins, remove and top with some onion marmalade and serve warm.
