method


Step 1: Prepare a pizza stone or oven tray on your BBQ or in the oven, or ideally in a pizza oven if you have one 

Step 2: Refer to video for how to perfect your pizza stretch (refer to YouTube video for instructions). Be sure to have some semolina on hand for rolling out!
 
Step 3: Once dough is rolled out start by adding sauce followed by toppings of choice
 
Step 4: Place pizza onto your pizza stone or tray and monitor cooking, removing when you are happy with the desired result 

Step 5: Season to your taste preferences with fresh herbs, infused oils, cracked pepper and salt
