Flavours Gourmet Tom Yum

INGREDIENTS

  • 1L *Anito Chicken Stock
  • 1 x Jar of *Flavours Gourmet Tom Yum Soup 
  • 200g prawns (or chicken)
  • Handful shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • Fresh coriander (chopped up to garnish)

Cooking

method


Step 1: Heat entire jar of Tom Yum sauce and chicken stock into a pot on medium heat 

Step 2: Add in fresh ingredients including cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, stir through for 3-4 mins
 
Step 3: Throw in prawns/chicken and cook until tender
  
Step 4: Serve with sprinkling of fresh coriander
