But that's not all – the Winter White Oyster Mushroom is also known for developing quite large white caps. And to top it all off, they have a soft and light texture with a pale color and mild flavor. This oyster mushroom is also the least dense, making it perfect for frying, crumbing or baterring.

Guaranteed to Grow- Typically fruits within 7-14 days, a fast grower that has a high yield on its first flush. Temperature should be from 6°-22°C.
