 The Blue Pearl Oyster Mushroom is a delicious meat alternative, perfect for vegans and vegetarians. These unique mushrooms have a thin cap that allows for even cooking, and they begin a blue color before turning gray as they age.

 Plus, our mushroom kits are fully colonized blocks that only require regular misting to begin growing mushrooms. They usually fruit in quite large clusters, yielding up to 900g on the first flush. With a little patience, you can enjoy fresh mushrooms in just a few weeks!

  •  Guaranteed to Grow- Ripens within 7-14 days, with quite large clusters yielding up to 900g on the first flush. Temperatures between 15°C and 21°C are ideal.
