Product Description

This rub leans heavily on the celery salt, which plays well with the briny taste of fish & seafood.  It also has a complex blend of garlic, ginger, paprika, and dry mustard, as well as earthiness from allspice, nutmeg and black pepper.

Drizzle a little bit of oil over the fish or shellfish and lightly season to your preference.  Grill or cook in the oven as you normally would.
