Pinegrove Gourmet - Fig Vincotto 250ml A centuries old condiment originating in south-
eastern Italy. Vincotto is a light syrup made from the reduction of dark grape skins.

Often infused with a rich fruit flavour it is equally at home with sweet or savoury where it can elevate flavours and complement dishes. Just a few drops are needed to transform any dish into something special and flavoursome.
