From the very first time Pino fired up his first smokehouse, he knew it would be a journey to develop their blend of woods for the perfect smoke cover and length for the tastes and products he envisioned. With years of trials and searching, Pino’s signature smoked products were created, 
and after 42 years the tradition continues.



Pino’s Signature wood blend is a combination of native Australian hardwood timber sourced from sustainable forests, creating a well-rounded, subtle and sweet smoky flavour.

Each roll has 7x15gm individually foil wrapped portions.
