Thai Green Chicken Curry
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Thai Green Curry Spice Mix
- 70ml Cooking Oil
- 400ml Water
- 1 kg Diced Chicken Pieces
- 300g Green Beans
- 150g Coconut Milk
Total Yield 1.75 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add Oil and Water,
- Add chicken pieces and bring to boil, now add the green beans
- Add spice mix and stir well
- Finally, add the coconut milk and simmer on low heat till done.
- Thai Green curry is ready to serve
TIP:
- Use breast fillets for a healthier option, traditionally made with thigh fillets
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and ginger
