Thai Green Chicken Curry

 

 What you’ll need:

Total Yield 1.75 Kg

     Instructions to prepare:

    • Add Oil and Water,
    • Add chicken pieces and bring to boil, now add the green beans
    • Add spice mix and stir well
    • Finally, add the coconut milk and simmer on low heat till done.
    • Thai Green curry is ready to serve

    TIP:

    • Use breast fillets for a healthier option, traditionally made with thigh fillets
    • Garnish with Coriander leaves and ginger
