Prawn Madras Curry
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Prawn Madras Curry Spice Mix
- 100ml Cooking Oil
- 600ml Water
- 1 kg De-Shelled/Deveined Prawns
- 150g Coconut Cream
Total Yield 1.75 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add oil, water and spice mix, simmer on low heat
- Next, add the prawns. Cover the pan to retain the juices
- Finally add the coconut cream and simmer on low heat
- Prawn Madras is ready to serve
TIP:
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and coconut pieces/desiccated coconut
- Add a dollop of Butter while cooking for a better taste
