 What you’ll need:

     Instructions to prepare:

    • Add oil, water and spice mix, simmer on low heat
    • Next, add the prawns. Cover the pan to retain the juices
    • Finally add the coconut cream and simmer on low heat
    • Prawn Madras is ready to serve


    • Garnish with Coriander leaves and coconut pieces/desiccated coconut
    • Add a dollop of Butter while cooking for a better taste
