Palak Paneer Curry
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Palak Paneer Curry Spice Mix
- 100ml Cooking Oil
- 600ml Water
- 1 kg Diced Paneer Pieces (Cottage Cheese – Use Ricotta as Substitute if Desired)
- 50ml Thickened Cream
Total Yield 1.75 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add oil, water and spice mix, stir well
- Add thickened cream and cottage cheese. Simmer on very low heat, stirring occasionally
- Palak Paneer is ready to serve – Add salt to taste.
TIP:
- Add a diced tomato in the curry while simmering if desired
- Garnish with Coriander leaves, ginger juliennes and sliced tomatoes
- Add a dollop of Butter while cooking for a better taste
