Lamb Rogan Josh
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Lamb Rogan Josh Spice Mix
- 100ml Cooking Oil
- 600ml Water
- 1 kg Diced Lamb
- 40g Chopped Coriander
Total Yield 1.75 Kg

Instructions to prepare:
- Add Oil,
- Add the diced lamb and panfry to partially cook off. Cover the pan to retain the juices
- Add the spice mix and water, stir well
- Simmer on low heat till sauce thickens up
- Finally add the chopped coriander before taking off the heat
- Lamb Rogan Josh is ready to serve
TIP:
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes
- Add a dollop of Butter for a better taste
