Beef Vindaloo
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Beef Vindaloo Spice Mix
- 120 ml Cooking Oil
- 600 ml Water
- 1 kg Diced Beef Pieces
- 200 g Potatoes (Diced medium)
Total Yield 1.7 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add Oil,
- Add the beef and diced potatoes and panfry to partially cook off. Cover the pan to retain the juices
- Add Water, and bring to boil, cover the pan to retain the juices
- Finally add the spice mix and simmer on low heat
- Beef Vindaloo is ready to serve
TIP:
- Garnishing with Coriander leaves and Ginger juliennes or fresh chillies
- Serve with a dollop of yoghurt to reduce the heat (optional)
- Add a dollop of Butter while cooking for a better taste
