Beef Stroganoff
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Beef Stroganoff Spice Mix
- 100 ml Cooking Oil
- 400 ml Water
- 1 Kg Beef Strips
- 200 g Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 100 ml / 200 ml Sour Cream/White Wine
Total Yield 1.7 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add Oil,
- Add the beef strips to pan fry. Then add water. Cover the pan to retain the juices
- Add the spice mix, stir well
- Simmer on low heat till sauce thickens up.
- Finally add the sliced mushrooms, and sour cream (or white wine) and simmer off.
- Beef Stroganoff is ready to serve
TIP:
- Garnishing with Coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes
- Add a dollop of Butter for a better taste
- Serve over rice or pasta
