Beef Rendang Curry
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Beef Rendang Spice Mix
- 70 ml Cooking Oil
- 400 ml Water
- 1 Kg Diced Chicken Pieces
- 300 grams Pumpkin (Diced – 20x20mm cubed) (Optional)
- 150 g Coconut Milk
Total Yield 1.8 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add Oil and Water,
- Add diced beef and pumpkin pieces and bring to boil on low heat to make sure meat cooks through (You can precook the beef and just add into curry)
- Add spice mix and stir well
- Finally add the coconut milk and Simmer on low heat till done.
- Rendang curry is ready to serve
TIP:
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and ginger
