Established in 2020, This Is Us is the newest member of the Salts Meats Cheese family. Curated and prepared by both Salts Meats Cheese and world-renowned pastry chef Christopher Thé, their 100% Australian made range includes sourdough muffins, crumpets and hand stretched pizza bases. This Is Us all began as a simple mission: a desire to facilitate farm to kitchen dining experiences, in an era where we’re enjoying dining at home more than ever
