Lee Etherington is the founder of Kurrajong Australian Native Foods. Lee is a passionate naturalist and foodie, who has grown up exploring Australia’s deserts, rainforests and woodlands. Having experienced native foods from an early age, and having a passion for cooking, it was a natural progression for Lee to start creating tasty jams, conserves, sauces, spices and seasonings to bring gourmet Native Australian bush foods to your table. All products in the range have a high percentage of native ingredients, which are sourced from sustainable growers in regions across Australia for the best quality and taste.
