Product Description

This is a strong all-purpose plain flour produced by roller milling. Australian grown certified Organic, it is unbleached, contains no artificial additives and is non GMO. It has a creamy colour and has a stronger texture than other white flours. The full flavour of this flour is wonderful in home-made bread (by hand or bread machine), cakes, desserts, pizza base, sauces and more. Like all of our other products, refrigeration storage is recommended.
