A delicate cheddar carefully matured for a minimum of eight months. This maturation gives it a crumbly texture and depth of flavour, which is sure to impress. Cheddarbelle is made in large wheels and cut into wedges for retail. Hunter Belle Cheese is the only artisan cheddar producer in NSW
