Thai Red Chicken Curry
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Thai Red Curry Spice Mix
- 70ml Cooking Oil
- 400ml Water
- 1 kg Diced Chicken Pieces
- 300g Broccoli (Or any vegetables you desire)
- 150g Coconut Milk
Total Yield 1.75 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Add Oil and Water,
- Add chicken pieces and bring to boil
- Add all the broccoli/vegetables and simmer
- Add spice mix and stir well
- Finally add the coconut milk and Simmer on low heat till done.
- Thai Red curry is ready to serve
TIP:
- Traditionally made with thigh fillets or chicken on the bone
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and ginger
