Beef Massaman Curry
What you’ll need:
- 100g Curry Flavours Beef Massaman Spice Mix
- 100 ml Cooking Oil
- 900 ml Water
- 1 Kg Diced Beef

200 ml Coconut Milk

200 g Potatoes (Diced 20x20mm)
Total Yield 2.2 Kg
Serves 8
Instructions to prepare:
- Cook the beef pieces and potatoes in by pan-frying them and sealing in the juices. Keep aside
- In a separate pan, add water, spice mix and coconut milk and simmer off on low heat.
- Finally add the semi cooked beef and potatoes and simmer off.
- Beef Massaman is ready to serve
TIP:
- Garnish with Coriander leaves
- Add a dollop of Butter for a better taste
- Serve over rice
