Chef's Cuisine

Originally a chemist in beer, Phillip walked into the Rosebay butcher store, and was asked if he could make a sauce/marinade for them. Phillip then created his mother’s recipe for the butcher to use, and they loved it! The Rosebay Butcher was then one of the first butchers to stock and supply marinades. Fast forward 29 years, together with his wife Mary have been chasing the seasons making small batch products that started from 2kg and has grown to 160kg. Mary & Phillip are passionate about supporting the Australian farming industry, sourcing majority of their ingredients within Australia and producing in season.
